The best bread Ive ever eaten. Tastes and textures are amazing. All pulled out of the oven that morning, whats not to love. Best almond croissant, plain croissant, cinnamon role and fruit filled danishes Ive ever eaten. Price is expensive but you get what you pay for. Atmosphere is very nice
Definitely a gem of a find! I got a few things to try... the multi grain sourdough was exceptional! Pastry was yum, coffee was nice and hot and the pork sausage roll was absolutely delicious!!! 🤤 More pricy for the pies and sausage rolls at $9 each, so not something I would get all the time, but very tasty. Great service too! So thank you guys! I definitely recommend and will be back! 😍

Wow! This has to be one of my new favourite spots for coffee and fresh pastries! Visited here early on a Sunday morning, and although was a line up to order, the service was super fast!
Lovely selection of fresh baked loaves and baked goods. The garlic focaccia is our favourite, salty, garlicky and fluffy. Guinness Pies are very good chunky and meaty, tried a quiche one time and it was alright. Sells out towards the end of the day so be in quick for the best variety
Everything that we have bought from Banneton over the years have been exceptional. The sourdough loaves are the best. They are great to be eaten with literally anything, sweet or savoury. The brandied fruit loaf is great, and so is the olive and rosemary loaf. I also love the pretzels, bagels, the almond croissants and the almond pretzels. One will not be disappointed by anything they choose to get from Banneton.
One of the better bakeries around Gabba area. Thought the coffee was alright and the almond croissant 🥐 was a bit on the dense side compared to the usual flaky ones I have. Still prefer flakier croissants but this was not bad as well. I did like their fruit tarts though! It was really tasty and refreshing. …
Great selection of savoury and sweet goods. Coffee was also delicious. No complaints on the pain au choc and cinnamon swirl. Service wasn’t 5/5 but it was early
Loved everything about this café. I’d been wanting to visit whenever I drove by, but there was always a long queue, so I didn’t go for a while. Finally, I managed to stop for a coffee and a beef pie. Whoa—it was the best pastry pie, and the coffee was amazing. As for the service, the barista was considerate enough to ask about my preference when the serving glass had run out. I’ll definitely come here again.
